However we are more than happy to offer you our advice for buy to let mortgages, and we have experience in buying and selling properties, as well as letting them and finding the right deal.

Most lenders who operate in the buy to let market rely on brokers for a lot of their business, so most of them pay commission. We will use that commission to get your fees to us refunded. You therefore have a win win situation.
How we source your buy to let
We source a buy to let in the same way as a residential mortgage, but also take into account factors such as rental income and property type. Although we look at property type for residential mortgages, many buy to let lenders have restrictions on properties and may not lend on new properties, recently renovated properties, flats and properties in certain areas.
You will be given a printout and given illustrations as we work through the available rates. We can still offer a basic sourcing service, but recommend a full service.

Pricing options
Pricing is the same for residential mortgages, except that we have a multiple property option. For the second and each additional property you need illustrations for and comparisons, we charge £10 per property. If you have 11 properties to buy for example, it will cost £100 on top of the service you choose to get illustrations and quotes, for up to 12 months.
